Snap Scan Share is a shared photo album platform for events. You create an album, share a link or QR code with your guests, and everyone uploads their photos in one place — no app needed.
No account needed at all. Guests just tap your link or scan the QR code and they can start uploading straight away — no sign-up, no app download, no friction.
Any event where people take photos! Weddings, birthday parties, graduations, baby showers, corporate galas, reunions, holiday parties, quinceañeras, proms — the list goes on.
Free albums stay live for 7 days. Forever plan albums are stored for one year. You can also download everything as a ZIP at any time.
Yes there's a one-click Download All button that packages every photo and video into a single ZIP at full resolution.
We support JPG, PNG, HEIC, RAW, MP4 and MOV — including full 4K resolution. There's no per-file size limit on paid plans, so your photographer can upload full-res RAW files alongside guests' phone shots.
On the free Keepsake plan, the album holds up to 50 uploads in total. On the Forever plan uploads are completely unlimited — no caps, no limits.
Yes! Guests can upload MP4 and MOV video files, including clips straight from their phone. Videos appear in the gallery alongside photos and are included in the ZIP download.
Absolutely. On paid plans, RAW files are fully supported with no compression. Your photographer can share the same link as your guests and upload their full-res deliverables directly into the album.
Never. Photos and videos are stored at full original resolution. What goes in is exactly what comes out — no compression, no watermarks, no quality loss.
Only people with your unique link can view or upload photos. Your album is private by default. On the Forever plan you can add an extra password layer for even more privacy.
Yes. As the album owner you can delete any photo or video at any time from your album as the album is saved directly to your Google Drive.
All uploads are encrypted in transit and are secure in your Google Drive. We never sell or share your data with third parties. You own your photos — always.
Yes, you can permanently delete your album and all associated photos and videos at any time directly on your Google Drive.
Yes — our Keepsake plan is completely free and includes up to 50 uploads and a 7-day album link. For weddings and bigger events, our Forever plan is a one-time $49 fee with unlimited uploads.
No — it's a one-time payment per event. You pay once and your album link with a QR code is generated and is valid for one year. No monthly fees, no renewals, no surprises.
